Return Policy (5 Days)
Customers can request a return within 5 days from the date of delivery only under the following conditions:
1. Damaged Product – If the item delivered is physically damaged or broken.
2. Missing Product – If any product or accessory mentioned in the order is missing from the package.
To process the return, customers must upload valid proof such as product photos or videos showing the issue.
Refund Policy
Once the product is picked up and verified by our team, the refund will be processed within 3 working days.
Refunds will be transferred only to the original account provided by the customer at the time of refund request.
Refund amount will depend on the condition and verification of the returned item
Products must be returned in original packaging with all accessories.
Ejang Mart reserves the right to reject returns if the product is found to be used, altered, or intentionally damaged.
